Unintentional Flipping of the Classroom

While trying to make the concept of slope differentiated for all my learners,
I created a Tic Tac Toe board for students to pick three activities in a row that fit their learning styles.
What I inadvertently created was a flipped classroom of sorts of some of my students.
Using the helpful video websites, they watched the videos at home
And then practiced the skills under my watchful eye.
When mistakes in their thinking and understanding came to light, we were able to quickly correct these and move on.

Wow.
I sure didn't see that coming.
But how cool!
