Geometry Tutor - iPad App Review

The Geometry Tutor is a video tutor that has definitions and illustrations to help students see and hear the math.  It includes quite a list of concepts.

Classroom Use:
1.  When students have been absent to get the main material.
2.  Stations - students would need to take their own notes.

Negatives:

1.  Lengthy "lectures"

2.  Monotone voice...I could see that it would be hard to keep focused without specific guidelines of what the students should gain from the lesson.

Positives:

1.  As the narrator talks through each page, he is pointing out on the illustration what he is talking about.

2.  Describes how to the use formulas.
